An equity investment vehicle dedicated to the development of SMEs and ETIs in the Hauts-de-France and Seine-et-Marne regions.
Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France, Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie and Crédit Agricole Nord de France have joined forces to create a new fund for SMEs in their region, designed to strengthen their equity capital and support them in their development and financing needs.
The Fund aims to provide an immediate and long-term solution for around fifty companies whose situation was economically viable before the health crisis.
Structured as a Fonds Professionnel de Capital Investissement (FPCI), Regain 340 is sponsored by the three banks, each contributing 17 million euros at launch – i.e. 51 million euros at start-up. It will be open to third parties, and will eventually be endowed with 100 million euros.
