Turenne Groupe has been present in the Pays de la Loire region since 2023, with an office based in Nantes.

The Nantes-based team, which invests in innovation, expansion, transformation and buyout capital, has been supporting numerous companies in the Pays de la Loire region for over 10 years.

Turenne Groupe is advisor to the Pays de la Loire Region’s co-investment fund, following the takeover of the advisory mandate in 2023, and manager of the Pays de la Loire Croissance fund, with exclusively dedicated teams based in Nantes.

PAYS DE LA LOIRE CROISSANCE

Created with the support of the Pays de la Loire Region, Bpifrance and major regional economic players, Pays de la Loire Croissance supports local SMEs and SMBs with development potential and sound fundamentals, in key phases of their development, or even undergoing transformation or complex situations.

The PLC team invests in equity and quasi-equity to support the development plans of these companies, which have their head office or principal place of business in the Pays de la Loire region.

In particular, we carry out the following types of transactions:

Growth/Build-up capital: financing development through internal or external growth
Buyout capital / redeployment: securing a rebound from economic difficulties, helping to improve economic performance, financial consolidation, financing a CAPEX plan to cope with market changes, etc.
Buyout capital: LBO, MBI/MBO, recomposition of capital
Mixed operations: Growth Capital & Capital Reconfiguration

Through its two vintages, Pays de la Loire Croissance is a recognized player in the region for supporting industrial and industry services companies in development capital and rebound configurations. Since 2015, nearly 20 companies have been supported by PLC funds, enabling them to maintain their know-how and decision-making centers in the region.

The team offers strengthened, local support over the long term, assisting management teams in their strategic and operational thinking on structuring and development issues.

PAYS DE LA LOIRE PARTICIPATIONS

Pays de la Loire Participations is the exclusive fund of the Pays de la Loire Regional Council, 100% owned by the Region.

Its main objective is to support and strengthen the equity capital of start-ups and SMEs in the Pays de la Loire region, in all sectors of activity, by co-investing with private players and investment professionals, on investment tickets of between €100 and €500,000, with reinvestment capacities.

To date, Pays de la Loire Participations has invested in some sixty companies and supported over a hundred since its creation in 2011.
